2. Currency, Pricing & Payment Authorization
All product prices listed on this website are denominated and charged strictly in United States Dollars ($ USD). Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but price adjustments will not affect already confirmed orders.
By submitting an order, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment card and authorize our secure payment processor (Stripe, Inc.) to charge your payment method for the full purchase total, including applicable shipping fees and estimated local sales taxes.
3. Payment Security & PCI-DSS Compliance
Your financial security is our highest priority. All card transactions are processed through certified PCI-DSS Level 1 payment infrastructure powered by Stripe. Transmission of payment data is protected by 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption. Liv Lifestyle Gloves never stores, logs, or views your full credit card number or CVV code on our private servers.
4. Shipping, Returns & Refund Policy
Our fulfillment timelines, shipping fees, and delivery terms are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy. All purchases are protected by our 30-Day Return & Refund Policy. In the event of an approved return, refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days without any restocking fees.

We strive to display the colors, textures, and dimensions of our artisanal yoga essentials as accurately as possible. Because our mats and props utilize raw natural organic rubber, Portuguese cork, and hand-hammered metals, subtle natural variations in grain and tone may occur and are inherent to sustainable handcrafted goods.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado and United States federal law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
