1. Order Processing Schedule
All orders are processed at our climate-controlled studio warehouse in Boulder, Colorado. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 1:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST) begin packing and dispatch on the same day. Orders placed on weekends or observed U.S. federal holidays are processed the following business day.
2. Order Tracking & Confirmation
As soon as your parcel is scanned into carrier custody, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email with a unique tracking link and expected delivery date. You can also monitor your shipment anytime using our Order Tracking Portal by entering your order number and email address.
3. Damaged or Lost Shipments
All shipments are 100% insured against loss or transit damage. In the unlikely event that your parcel arrives damaged or fails to deliver within the carrier window, please notify us within 7 days at support@livlifestylegloves.com with photos of the damaged package. We will immediately dispatch a complimentary replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
4. Address Corrections & Order Cancellations
Due to our rapid warehouse dispatch, address changes or order cancellations can be honored within 2 hours of placement. Please email concierge@livlifestylegloves.com with the subject line URGENT: Order Correction #[YourOrderNumber].
